The whole complex is designed by the worlds famous architect company Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo. (WATG).

The resort will be developed in 3 Phases leading to approximately a gross built-up land area of 183, 000 sq.m. The resort will have approximately 1650 apartments and 100 villas, 150 room 5 Star Hotel, 250 room 4 Star Hotel, sports facilities, commercial space, restaurants and bars.
Situated on the lowest part of the site, to the right of the main entrance, the Old Village Centre and Marina will become the central retail and entertainment hub for Thracian Cliffs. It will contain several restaurants, bars, shops and apartments. Its character will be based upon the design of traditional Thracian Villages.
The whole site is stretched along the coastline, facing south and is elevated in such a way to provide spectacular views to golf players as well as all residences. There are 4 km of sunny and sandy beaches
The inspiration for the architecture comes from the local coastal architecture of materials such as the local stone, which is quite light in color, timber as well as rendered walls and mottled �?old style pan-tile roofs should be used. It is intended that the window and door frames as well as the external shuttering will all be from local renewable timber sources.The buildings will be a mix of 2 and 3 story buildings, which is again, in accordance to the vernacular style. Even though traditional in shape, the spaces are planned to accommodate for modern living with areas which allow for an open indoor / outdoor life style that would be expected at a sea side resort
Thracian Cliffs Golf & Spa Resort also offers a unique opportunity for its residents to have an exclusive one-off free 20 year Charter (First) Full membership at the Golf Club when purchasing a property. Non residents of the resort will have to pay a fee of 40 000 EUR to assure membership. The number of full membership is limited to assure the continued enjoyment of the Golf Club course and the Golf Club facilities.

Apart from his golfing career, Gary Player is the most sought after designer of golf courses worldwide. Gary Player has designed 200 golf courses on all continents and he will design the Thracian Cliffs golf course.
A natural mineral water with 40litres/s and 32C temperature is located on site. Water is drinkable and has healing powers, thus making it ideal opportunity for development of a wellness centre.

Thracian cliffs will be built in 3 phases:
First phase of the project will be completed September 2007 and will include:

A total of 316 apartments and 12 villas and 150 room 5* Hotel are the properties constructed in Phase I.
Phase II of the resort includes 750 apartments, 86 villas.
Phase III of the resort involves the construction 580 flats and a 4*or 5* Hotel with 250 keys.
The development offers impeccably finished apartments.
