Is the Hotel directly accessible from the wharves ? The Grand Hotel Excelsior**** and the Biotonus Clinic are accessible from the wharves and from Lake Geneva. We can make a mooring pontoon available to our guests.
Does the Grand Hotel Excelsior propose a restaurant open to the public ? The Restaurant "Les Magnolias" is open to the public seven days a week. From May to September, if weather conditions permit, the Terrasse "Le Jardin", located along the Quai des Fleurs, is open every day. At the pool, the Snack "La Mouette" and its terrace propose light dining every day from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m.
Does the Grand Hotel Excelsior propose room-service ? Room-service is offered daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Breakfast : from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. Special menu : from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Performance menu and menu of the day : from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. "Off the Cuff" menu : from 12:00 noon to 9:30 p.m.
Do Grand Hotel Excelsior rooms have air-conditioning ? Upon request, we will gladly install an air-conditioner in your room.
What television stations does the Grand Hotel Excelsior propose ? All our rooms are equipped with a regional cable network that offers about forty channels in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Upon request, we can install equipment making it possible to receive channels in Arabic and Russian (paying service).
Is the Grand Hotel Excelsior equipped for Internet ? A "Wi-Fi" connection is available in the sitting rooms and in rooms on several floors. Furthermore, conference rooms are equipped with a 1200-Kbps ADSL line.
Is transfer from the Geneva Airport or Montreux train station possible ? Transfer with the Hotel’s limousine is available upon request (paying service).
Does the Hotel have private parking ? An enclosed garage is available to our clientele (hydraulic system/paying service). The Hotel also has some private non-paying spaces very close to the main entrance. It is also possible to park your vehicle on the public parking spaces along the Rue Bon Port, for an unlimited period.
How are the rooms billed ? The price of our rooms includes housing, a breakfast buffet or a continental breakfast in the room, VAT and the service charge. Local taxes are additional.
Are animals allowed in the Grand Hotel Excelsior ? Dogs are allowed in our establishment at a price of CHF 25.00 per night. Discrete dogs are also allowed in the restaurant if well behaved !
Well-being area Is the well-being area open to outside clientele ? The Well-being area is open to the public, except for the fitness club that is reserved for our guests.
Is the pool open to the public ? Our semi-olympic indoor pool is not open to the outside clientele.
Our Beauty Area proposes a very large range of services: Body care, face care, massages, manicures, hair removal, permanent make-up, etc.
Our beauticians and beauty professionals are at your service to offer you body and beauty care.
